Every now and again I get a call about green goo, usually coming out of a socket or switchboard. It can be really alarming when it happens so I understand the worry. This sticky mix can come from old PVC cable insulation breaking down and corroded copper due to heat or load. Wayne checked the wiring and it was all ok, he also gave it a good clean.

Sensor lighting makes business sense in commercial buildings. Vynco VMOSS sensors light up areas as they’re
needed by staff who’re working after dark. Adding a Shelly wifi control means you can also add timing to that light circuit, to go on and off when required.

Above & below the clouds today up at Waipara for an inspection and ROI for a meter relocation at the Mount Cass Wind Farm. We never got all the way to the top but Sam got us a photo from above the cloud, wow! A nice wee road trip with inspector dad and then we got sandwiches with Edison 🥪🥤🤤
