We attended the Business Canterbury & Westpac New Zealand “Building a Smarter Business: Planning for the AI Era” seminar last month.

It was a great session focused on how businesses can embrace change, improve productivity, and use new technology in practical ways. Hearing real-world examples from other New Zealand businesses made it especially valuable, along with the opportunity to connect with other local business owners and leaders.

🚙 🛣️💡 Across the Waitaki

Another run south over the Waitaki River today, with a load bound for one of our Otago projects.

The Waitaki forms the natural boundary between Canterbury and Otago - separating the wide Canterbury Plains to the north from the more rugged landscapes further south. It’s a well-known stretch, fed by glacial waters from the Southern Alps and steeped in history, from early Māori use through to its role in New Zealand’s hydro network today.

Always good to be out and about supporting projects across regions and keeping things moving where it matters.
