At this week’s AHICE Global Hotel Industry Conference, Richard Dalman hosted a panel of leading industry executives to explore the trends shaping hotel architecture across Aotearoa.
The conversation explored the role architecture plays in balancing guest experience, commercial performance, operational requirements and a strong sense of place. It also considered how architects, developers and hotel operators can work together to create properties that are distinctive, enduring and responsive to their local context.
Richard was joined by an impressive and talented panel:
- Christopher Kelly, Principal, Architecture Workshop
- Phillipa Le Roux, Design and Project Director, Architecture, Design and Construction, Australasia, Hilton
- Perry Royal, Principal Architect, Royal Associates Architects
- Brett Russell, Managing Director, Russell Group
Thank you to each of the panellists for contributing their experience and perspective to an insightful discussion.
