Lovely Comments and item written & photographed by our amazing client Shelley today:

Big, big thanks to Emma and Blaire, who did an awesome job today clearing the overgrown wilderness along our 80-metre fence line to plant 70 native saplings on our Fernside lifestyle block near Rangiora in Waimakariri. Fantastic work, guys. We couldn’t be happier with the work you have done today, clearing the difficult site as well as planting and mulching the new plants.
The planting is part of an environmental initiative led by the Waimakariri Biodiversity Trust to create a series of interconnected native shelter belts/biodiversity corridors on farms and lifestyle blocks in Waimakariri. To find out more about this project, go to the Waimakariri Biodiversity Trust’s website at: wbt.org.nz.
