Congratulations to our very own Benjamin O'Connell about to referee his 150th game 🤩⚽️

⚽🎺👏 On Saturday at 2:45 pm at Tulett Park, Ben O’Connell is set to referee his 150th game in top-level competitions in the region, in the Southern League match between Nomads United and Coastal Spirit.

Ben started refereeing in 2009, when he was 16 years old, and debuted as a top-level referee in the Mainland Football Premier League in March 2012 (Chch Utd v Coastal). He has also refereed 52 National League matches and a Chatham Cup final.

Congratulations Ben, and we wish you the best of luck for your upcoming milestone match.
