Nestled among private courtyards and family areas, the building balances essential clinical healthcare with a natural, inviting material palette. Completed in 2026, the facility is deeply rooted in community collaboration and guided by Nurse Maude’s core values of Manaakitanga, Whanaungatanga, Wairua, Tikanga, and Mahi Kotahi.
