Back at the end of 2023, we completed this impressive 405m² architectural build for clients Lara & Steve in Lincoln.

Recently, James Hardie got in touch to profile the project, which features two of their products: Oblique Weatherboard on the exterior and Hardie Groove lining in the alfresco ceiling.

And what a home it is. From Australian hardwood beams, striking schist and one beautifully bespoke kitchen, this home takes quality and craftsmanship to another level.

We're rapt to see it featured by James Hardie, as well as gracing the pages of NZ House & Garden, recognition it thoroughly deserves.

It's all go out in Ryelands! 🏡

Four recent handovers meant we've spent plenty of time over the past week in Darfield, handing over the keys to these brand new homes in the Ryelands subdivision.

From bold dark grey brick to classic red brick and the ever-popular Whitehaven brick, each home has been personalised by its owners. Whether it was choosing colours, fixtures and fittings or customising one of our plans to better suit their lifestyle, no two homes are quite the same.

We love seeing all those tough decisions (so many choices! 😂) come together on handover day.

Another Leeston handover for the books, this time to Matt & Kitty 🔑🏡

Even a wet and miserable Canterbury day couldn't take away from this four-bedroom beauty!

Combining white brick, Abodo cladding and Sandstone Grey joinery, this home brings a subtle coastal feel to the heart of the Canterbury countryside.

Inside, the huge open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is the heart of the home, made even more impressive by soaring scissor truss ceilings.
