A quick Labour Day update🏡

Both our Lincoln & Rolleston showhomes will be closed on Monday 26 October for Labour Day, but will be open as usual over the weekend.

It’s been all go the past couple of weeks here at KAD HQ 🐝🏡

We had the Canterbury Home Show last week (thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi!). We’ve also handed over three brand new homes to three lovely couples in Lincoln, Leeston & Darfield. 🙌

From dark kitchen cabinetry and moody bathrooms to natural tones and warm timber, each home has its own look and feel, with plans tweaked and finishes tailored to suit our homeowners’ tastes and preferences.

And how about our project managers Stu & Tom getting in on their first handover photos? Naturals! 📸😎

Last week we handed over the keys to this lovely Prebbleton home to homeowners Katelyn & Nick.

It was such a joy to photograph this one. Katelyn’s eye for colour and finishes, combined with Nick’s experience as an electrician (spot the bespoke lighting!), helped this home step away from the ordinary while still keeping things on budget.

A few standouts for us were the kitchen in Prime Panels’ Linden, the beautiful lighting choices throughout, and the spacious master suite with its ensuite and walk-in robe.

One Lincoln showhome wasn’t enough… so we built another!

Introducing our second Earlsbrook showhome – conveniently located right next door to our first.

Wow it feels surreal to now be sold out in Wiflield Rise.
We've been in for one and a half decades, getting our first consent for Preston Downs way back in 2011.
It's been such a pleasure creating some great spaces in West Melton, and we hope to be back soon!
