The Riccarton Rotary Sunday Market is the biggest market of its kind in New Zealand - and is a great place to shop! Each week up to 300 vendors are there selling a wide variety of goods, from fresh fruits and vegetables to second hand goods, furniture, clothing, art, plants and trees, food and beverages. Join in the fun and fellowship with upwards of 10,000 others whom make their shopping fun at t

he market. Relax in great outdoors area and have your lunch with friends and family while listening to live music from a local artist. There are plenty of attractions for the children too - handy to the Food Court is a large bouncy castle, childrens bungy, various buskers, and balloon men, even a painting stall for all children of all ages. The Riccarton Sunday Market is the primary fundraiser for the Riccarton Rotary Club, a not-for-profit registered charitable trust whose sole purpose is to return all funds raised back into Canterbury and the wider community for projects including youth, health and education just to name a few. Come along a see what all the fuss is about!
