Here’s our latest project underway — a 300-square-metre home out in Rakaia.

We’ve had some fresh mornings on site, but it’s great to see the house now ready for the roof. With the windows going in next week, we’ll have the place fully closed in and ready for the next stage.

Plenty more to come on this one — looking forward to seeing it take shape!

Here’s one of our latest projects to get underway — a large extension and alteration in Prebbleton.

We’re also building a pool, which is something a little different for us at T&J. The boys have really enjoyed getting stuck into the early stages of the pool construction.

There’s still plenty of work to go on this project, but we’re looking forward to watching it all come together over the coming months.

Our new build in Lincoln is nearly complete, with just the landscaping and a few finishing touches inside to go.

What began as a renovation quickly took an unexpected turn. Once the carpet was lifted, we discovered significant moisture issues, which led to the discovery of an uncapped well beneath the house.

As a result, the original home had to be demolished, and we started again from scratch. We can’t wait to hand this over to our great client to enjoy a nice warm moisture free home to live in.

Our Dunsandel project is advancing well and nearing completion. In a couple more weeks, we will be handing over this home to our valued client. 🧱👷🏠

Our Sydenham project is progressing well. Scaffold is down and cladding is all finished so we are now underway on hard landscaping outside.

Inside the painters have nearly finished, all ready for the tile and joinery install to start.
