The Autex feature ceiling in the reception lobby was one of the standout elements within our scope on the CBRE office project for Unispace.

STAG managed the Autex package, including extensive coordination with the wider project team to ensure services were positioned exactly where they needed to be before installation by our specialist subcontractor. We also worked closely with Unispace on value engineering around the products and materials within our scope.

It’s a great example of the level of planning and coordination that can sit behind a seemingly simple finished detail.

Understanding the existing space, identifying what can be retained and focusing investment where it will make the biggest difference can help businesses get more from their refurbishment.

Our Coffee Culture Rangiora project is a great example, with the refurbishment transforming the café while working within the character of an existing heritage building.
