Our client had accumulated decades worth of car parts, leaving very little usable garage space. Instead of getting rid of them, we created a better place to store everything.

We installed a Sellwood P30 spring loaded attic ladder, along with an 18mm ply flooring and additional storage walls, turning the unused roof space into a strong, easy to access storage area.

Now the car parts are safely stored overhead, the garage is usable again, and the house wardrobes have been reclaimed… much to his partner’s relief!😅

Believe it or not this clients attic access system was… their fridge!

Whenever they wanted to put more items into the attic, they’d climb onto the top of the fridge and reach through the manhole. Please don’t do this 😬

We’ve now installed an attic stair, making access safer, easier, and much more practical!

The roof space is packed with stored items, so now that they can access it properly, they’ll be clearing everything out and we will be returning to install attic flooring.

Attic stairs are one of those upgrades people wish they’d done years earlier!
