Close to completion on the water front of Godley Quay Lyttelton. The last major lift complete, with a 250T mobile crane setting up a 28m swing radius to place a 13T precast DN600 marine grade pipeline and reinforced beam into its final position. This is final piece to the puzzle and marks the completion of a challenging but rewarding project. Good work team.

LBC we’re pretty chuffed to have Ed from Pracmed come and run us through some high level first aid. Extensive time spent in the US special forces saving hundreds of lives over the last 20 years he certainly had some amazing stories and valuable knowledge for our team. Legend!!

This week we welcomed some new vehicles to our fleet to service our two new water main projects. 3 streets in Lyttleton, where the steep gradients will be challenging. The second project being a full street renewal, 800m of 180mm mainline and 880m of 63mm submain. We can’t wait to showcase our water reticulation capabilities!!

The first of its kind installed for the Christchurch City Council. A 4m deep excavation with an ENGEO raft foundation detail to support the stormwater 360 Vortech 5000 system. This has been installed on the water front in Godley Quay Lyttelton. A 28Tonne structure that took 52 working days to construct and was delivered EX Auckland. Well done boys those wicked wings on the lid made it all worth it!
