PUNAKAIKI | DWELL | THE FINAL STRETCH 🌿🔨

We’re into the final few weeks at Fox River and the team are absolutely charging ahead.

With West Coast weather doing what West Coast weather does, we’re making serious haste whenever we see the sun and working around the seemingly never-ending downpours. 🌧️☀️

But one BIG milestone… the scaffold is DOWN.

After being hidden away for so long, we can finally stand back and see these incredible buildings properly, and they are looking unreal.

The team are now working through the sun decks, entry decks and entertainment decking areas, installing the macrocarpa fins through the entryways and getting ready for the Corten entry features to go in.

Inside, it’s all happening too.

The Baltic spruce ceiling linings are looking incredible, flooring is going down, kitchens are being installed, stone benchtops have been templated, and electrical and plumbing fit-offs are just around the corner.

And on the exterior, the cladding is finally getting its moment now that the scaffold has disappeared. 👌

There’s been a HUGE amount of work go into this project, and the team are fizzing to see it all come together.

Two incredible dwellings, soon to become one seriously special luxury accommodation destination on the West Coast.

Final push. Let’s get this one over the line. 🔨🔥
