🔨 From Rotten to Restored!

Weather-damaged timber doesn't always mean you need to replace the entire window.

This window sill had seen better days, with deteriorating timber and peeling paintwork.

Our team carried out the necessary repairs and restored the finish, giving the window a fresh new look while helping protect it from further weather damage.

It's these smaller repairs that can make a big difference to the upkeep of your property.

🏡 What a Difference!

Another great before-and-after transformation from the Fix This team!

We gave this boundary fence a fresh new look with additional horizontal screening, a refreshed paint finish and decorative stone along the base.

The result? A smarter, more modern boundary that really lifts the street appeal of the property.

Whether it's repairs, painting or property improvements, our team can help bring your outdoor spaces back to life.

🏆 We’ve just hit SiteWise GOLD

Pretty stoked to say we’ve achieved SiteWise Gold status (90%) for 2026/27.

This isn’t just a certificate to chuck on the wall — it actually reflects the systems we’ve been putting in place and how the team operates day to day.

Big credit to the crew on this one. The way you guys approach jobs, look after each other on site, and just get stuck in properly — this is what it leads to. You should be proud of it. 💪

For our clients, it means you’re working with a team that takes health & safety seriously and is set up to handle more commercial and insurance work going forward.

We’re building something solid here — this is just another step in the right direction.

Another 5⭐ Review from a Valued Client

We’ve recently been working across a number of residential rental properties, carrying out ongoing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to keep everything up to standard.

It’s always great to receive feedback like this:

“They are easy to deal with, efficient, with very reasonable prices.
The standard of work is far above others we have used.
Phil the painter is a star and Richard has a great can-do attitude.
Aaron has a great team who I can totally recommend for any property related jobs.”

A big thanks to Grant for the kind words — and credit to the team for consistently delivering quality work on-site.

At Fix This Property Solutions, we focus on providing reliable, well-managed maintenance and repair services across both residential and commercial properties.

If you’re managing properties and need a team you can rely on, feel free to get in touch.
