The CANZAC Zig-Zag® Curve & Straight Joint has been engineered for demanding slab-on-ground applications, providing a high-performance solution for both conventionally reinforced and fibre reinforced concrete floors.

Designed to accommodate a Joint opening of up to 45mm , it incorporates a continuous joint filler support plate, providing the ideal backing for premium semi-rigid joint fillers such as Metzger McGuire Spal-Pro RS 88 , The result is a durable, well-supported joint engineered for long-term performance.

Every CANZAC Zig-Zag Joint is manufactured specifically for your project, with slab thickness, load transfer dowel type and dowel spacing engineered to exceed the design requirements and deliver world-class results.

Traditional straight armoured joints, such as the CANZAC Terajoint, continue to provide outstanding performance across a wide range of applications. However, where joint openings are expected to exceed approximately 15 mm, the CANZAC Zig-Zag Joint is the preferred solution, providing a significantly smoother transition for forklifts and other material handling equipment while reducing impact loading at the joint.
