Earlier this year, we installed frames and trusses as part of our build-out in Pigeon Bay. We've been collaborating directly with the Owner/Architect to realize their vision for the project. The building has been thoughtfully designed to maintain a more consistent temperature throughout the year. The roof features 190mm purlins, which accommodate insulation to reduce heat transfer, resulting in a cooler ceiling space during hot months and better temperature regulation overall.
