Looks like fence week , this one needed a really good scrape & sand down before spot priming and applying 2 top coats of Resene's Lumbersider colour matched as close as I could get it in ( Friar Greystone )

Inside fence complete. Deck was in pretty poor shape so needed a full soak and scrub down, dried fully before that first...

Inside fence complete. Deck was in pretty poor shape so needed a full soak and scrub down, dried fully before that first coat soaked straight in ... Final coat applied a few days later , in Resene's hybrid deck stain ( Cedar )
It really has sparkled up this wee sun trap for summer

Pergola and outside fence complete, pergolas timber and steel work needed a full machine sand and oil base prime , steel work was spot primed with Resene's a Rust Arrest system then full prime followed with 2 top coats of gloss , fence finished in Wattyls fence stain ebony

Complete interior colour change has really livened up this old girl ..from all areas including trim and ceilings, previously in Spanish White of different shades and strengths to Black/White on all ceilings and trim , and all walls brought in with 1/4 T..
Kitchen ceiling was completely shattered so needed a full oil based sealer before applying a wide fibre fuse system with the standard 2 base coats of bedding and finished with a skim coat to smooth out and make good for painting ,
All old enamel on trim needed machine sanding and undercoated before finishing off in Semi Gloss . All wet areas fully primed to lock in existing enamels and finished with Resene's Spacecoat kitchen n bathroom low Sheen .
Kitchen, laundry toilet and bathroom walls all finished in Black/White. With all living areas including hallway and bedrooms finished in 1/4 t
Ready for new carpet and many more years to come

That's better entry damaged door sorted ,,, colour matched with Resene's Red Oxide

A lot work in these fire doors , full sealer coat to ensure the builders silicon is properly sealed , semi gloss finish on the red and exterior frame work then clean up that existing wall where the silicon seals the timber to concrete colour matched to the wall colour ..then a tinted stain to build up the internal frame before filling then 2 more coats to bring it all together yhaa

Have an unwanted hole that needs to be gone 😂.... Don't forget to backblock it to ensure that plaster and tape is as solid as the rest of the wall , and won't just get knocked again and reappear...this one's all finished and primed , ready for the owner who's opted to do the painting cheers

Love how window sills come up with a bit of hard work, back to new again, unfortunately you can't get the really nasty stains out , as they're to embedded in that timber , but you can definitely make them a lot more subtle and not stand out as much
