Have an unwanted hole that needs to be gone 😂.... Don't forget to backblock it to ensure that plaster and tape is as solid as the rest of the wall , and won't just get knocked again and reappear...this one's all finished and primed , ready for the owner who's opted to do the painting cheers

Love how window sills come up with a bit of hard work, back to new again, unfortunately you can't get the really nasty stains out , as they're to embedded in that timber , but you can definitely make them a lot more subtle and not stand out as much

Repainting the windows, facias and top barge board on this property, has really made the whole house pop ,
A lot of removing old paint from the glass before taping up , just to ensure you get that nice clean line at the finish, As usual I like to give it all a good machine sand and remove any loose putty before priming, re puttying , spot priming and then your ready for those top coats ,... It really does come down to all the right prep,all done right you should get a lot more years out of that timber and be the new bling on the block lol

All colour samples needed to be sanded down and primed to blend in a little more with the walls so they don't flash under those top coats, a wee bit of plastering before sealing up and ready for painting .. loving the final result with that fantastic colour choice

Big job completed up on the casino roof , all ducting machine sanded down and galv primed to lock the base layer solid for top coats .all rusted areas mainly on the joining steel and bolt systems completely sanded and a rust arrest system applied , once all coats fully cured , it was time for the final 2 top coats of exterior semi gloss to really bring it all together with a new shine and solid coats to out last the next 10 years
