This renovation involved plenty of design decisions, council consent, complex construction work and challenges to solve along the way. Our goal throughout was to make the process feel clear and manageable while delivering a finished home our clients would truly love.

We’re so proud of the Phoenix Built team for the care and craftsmanship they brought to this project.

The best part of the review?

“They were respectful, reliable and genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome”.

Thank you to our clients for trusting us with your home, and for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It was a privilege bringing your vision to life.

One of those defining features of a traditional villa - the entrance/hallway.

A high stud ceiling, detailed mouldings, archway and warm natural tones. All paired with the comfort and performance of a modern home.

One of our favourite parts of this recently completed replica villa build.

These are the details that make all the difference.
No gaps, no filler, no compromise.

Did you know ceiling roses weren’t just decorative?

They were originally designed to hide soot marks from gas lamps, before electricity existed.

Today, they’re a small detail that brings timeless character back into modern builds and villa restorations.

It’s all in the details 👌
These decorative fascia ends are a nod to the character and charm of traditional villas, carefully crafted and cut with precision by hand. Bringing this replica villa to life means blending craftsmanship with character and it’s the skill of the builder that makes it all possible.
