Thank you for all the best wishes and people wishing me luck.
I want to reassure any concerned customers, the only reason I am closing the business is to further my career path, it is not for financial reasons at all.

A number of people have asked what am I going to be doing.
For the last year, I have been training to be a Building Surveyor.
What is that, you ask..
It means I can undertake
- pre purchase inspection and other high level inspections for
dilapidated residences, leaky homes, subsidence inspections etc.

In addition I am willing to take on small building projects that may take 2-3 days to complete, to existing clients.
I am still available on the same mobile number, so give me a call for any pre-purchase inspections.

It is with great sadness to announce that Harris Construction is putting the hammer down and closing the door for the last time.
We have had an absolute pleasure to deal with some amazing locals over the last 20 years - customers, local businesses and a great team.
Lance is taking all his experience and knowledge in a slightly different direction and we wish him the very best for his future.

Office Assistant required for small building company.
Ideally suited to a uni student with hours that can be mutually agreed to to fit around your study.
Flexible hours 10-20 hours per week.
Full Drivers License is an advantage, if something needs dropping off or picking up.
There may be some immediate computer work available if you had Microsoft Word and Excel skills or after some training.
