Above All Roofing is a growing family-owned roofing company providing roofing services within the Waikato region, mainly working within the Cambridge/Hamilton district.
We specialise in residential roofing, including longrun Colorsteel, Euro tray, and Gerard steel tile roofing. We also carry out wall cladding where required.
EXPERIENCED ROOFER
Our ideal candidate will come from a metal roofing background and have at least 3 years of roofing experience, ready to jump straight in and help us get through our workload.
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Experience with long run roofing, flashing details, wall cladding, and steel tile roofing
• Maintain a high-quality finish with genuine pride in your workmanship
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm in providing instruction and guidance to apprentices
• Reliability and ability to work well under pressure
• Solid understanding of how to be part of an efficient and “well-oiled” team
• Great sense of humour and strong communication skills
• Strong emphasis on safety while working at heights
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Full, current and clean NZ Driver's Licence
• NZQA Qualification in Metal Roofing & Wall Cladding is an advantage
ENTRY-LEVEL ROOFER – LITTLE EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We are also looking for a motivated Entry-Level Roofer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone wanting to start a career in the roofing trade. Little experience is required — just the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What we’re looking for:
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn from experienced roofers
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong focus on safety
• Restricted or Full NZ Driver’s Licence preferred
• Able to pass a drug test
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build a long-term career in roofing, with potential apprenticeship and growth opportunities for the right person.
Working Hours & Requirements
Regular working hours are 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Employees are required to have their own transport to and from our yard.
Weekend work is occasionally required.
Ideally, the successful applicants will be available to start immediately.
Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
