Cold water this morning? 🥶 Don't worry, we can confirm that the power saving "ripple control" procedure was used last night due to an overload with Transpower
The timings were later than normal meaning most people around the Counties area will be waking up to a cold shower this morning.
Your water should be hot again soon!
If you are still without hot water by lunchtime, get in touch and we can help you out.

Each Christmas at DMI, we gift hampers to families who are doing it tough. Our local Victim Support and Hospice nominate families and we put together gifts accordingly.

A huge thank you to the people who have donated so far. It really does make our hearts full to see such generosity. If you are still keen to donate, please get in touch for further details.
