We’ve built a few different types over the years but Winter Gardenz Greenhouses make a good unit if anyone’s looking for a quality piece of kit with all sorts of optional extras. We lifted the louvre windows up on this one to make things easy to operate from inside once we built some nice high planters so there’s no bending down. Plenty of room to wheel the barrow in. Some Corten steel screens to break the wind.

Back in the sounds again this time out of Ōnahau Bay over the hill into the Kenepuru Sound finishing off a bach site that was started a few years ago. Not to much was done so a good clean up was needed with a few small walls and plan to use up and repurpose as much of the materials that had built up from years of projects. More awesome service from Johnsons Barge Service Havelock getting gear and materials in/out of a boat access only site.

Another long stint without posting anything but we’re still out there doing it flat out. A lot was crammed into 2025 and to be honest we’re still working on 2025 projects in our everlasting effort to catch up. A lot of cool little projects come and go without a single picture taken but I get the odd shot when reminded. We always enjoy our time in the sounds.

Big old rocks… these have been popular and we have been putting them in some really difficult places and they’re not light but with enough swearing and finger jamming with the help from lots of slings and heavy equipment it’s worth it.

As per usual a long time between posts… last year was very hectic and every job grew so picture taking and facebooking took a back seat. This year is off to a busy start with some cool projects ahead so I better put a few shots up so people know we’re still out there doing it before another year passes.
