The Pohutukawa Presbyterian Church, Maraetai.

A beautiful community centered building to support a growing congregation. Their new kitchen amenities also support community events, giving them room to gather and grow.

We're proud to have played a part in building a space that this community will use for years to come.

Early Contractual Involvement: building better outcomes from the start.

Traditionally, a contractor is appointed once plans are finalised and tender has closed. Early Contractual Involvement takes a different approach by bringing Pukekohe Builders into the project during the design phase, before key decisions are locked in.

At that stage, we can offer something genuinely useful: honest cost advice, practical input on buildability, realistic programme planning, and early identification of risk.

For clients undertaking complex or high-value builds, it means fewer surprises, a more informed design process, and a construction team that understands the project from the ground up.

It is an approach built on transparency and trust, and one we believe produces better builds.
