Repoint complete. Ridges were cleaned, and all loose and deteriorated pointing was removed to ensure a clean, sound surface for the new pointing compound to properly adhere.

This existing internal gutter had deteriorated due to rust and corrosion, causing water ingress. The gutter and parapet capping were replaced with new custom-folded metal flashings, with all joints properly sealed to improve drainage and weatherproofing while minimising future water ingress.

Next up is popping the dents on the tiles and treating the rust to save it before it’s too late and hopefully adding some paint to it to give it some life but also to get the tiles/roof looking like new again.
