Most people compare renovation companies on price, portfolio, and timeline. Fair enough but none of that tells you how the job actually gets delivered.

What’s harder to see: how the work is resourced, how we run several sites at once without losing focus on any of them, and how cost and timing get managed week to week, not just promised up front.

None of that shows up in a before and after photo. But it’s usually what separates a smooth renovation from a stressful one.

A renovation that was completed a couple of years ago but is a good reminder that not every bathroom needs to be big to make a big difference.

Not all tiles are made the same. Manufacturers warranties are often written by applications so the same finish can carry different cover depending on where it’s installed. Reading the spec sheet, not just the showroom sample, is what actually protects a material choice over time. Talk to a reputable tile supplier before committing.
