The twists in this overhead line, caused by an oversized cable grip, had ruined some inner cores of the cable. This caused flickering/inconsistent power throughout the whole house, luckily all appliances etc handled the fluctuations.
Wasn't a cheap fix but could've been much worse if ignored...
May be worth checking yours 🤔
