Q: How long have you been working at AHI Carrier?
A: I’ve been with Carrier for over one year. During that time, I’ve built strong relationships with our customers and have helped deliver tailored HVAC solutions across the market.

Q: What do you love about working at AHI Carrier?
A: What I enjoy most is the combination of innovation and people. Carrier is a global leader in climate solutions, and it’s exciting to work with cutting-edge technology while also collaborating with a great team. It’s also rewarding to support customers to achieve the best outcomes.

Q: Your favourite Carrier product?
A: One of my favourite products is Carrier’s high-efficiency heat pump range. They deliver excellent performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, which is important for both comfort and long-term cost savings.

Q: What are your top tips for a healthy and warm home this winter?
A: A few of my top winter tips are:
1️⃣ Set your heat pump to a consistent, comfortable temperature (around 18–22°C).
2️⃣ Use a timer so your home is warm when you need it most.
3️⃣ Make sure to regularly service your heat pump system for optimal performance and air quality.
4️⃣ Keep doors and windows sealed to retain heat.
5️⃣ Use ventilation wisely to reduce moisture and improve indoor air quality.

Supporting our customers starts with investing in our people. We’re excited to share that AHI Carrier is making a multi-million-dollar investment in our teams and facilities nationwide.

This includes an upgrade to our Auckland head office, the newly opened Auckland trade showroom (pictured) and the upgraded Totaline store.

Later this year our new Wellington facility launches with additional warehouse and logistics capacity to meet regional demand. The training centre, state-of-the-art showroom, event space and Totaline Parts and accessories operation also provide more opportunities for our team and customers to connect.

In the South Island, we’re excited to share that a new Totaline store has recently opened at our Dunedin branch, while a new Christchurch AHI Carrier hub is scheduled to open in 2027.
