It's easy to get caught up in finishes and features.

But the decisions that have the biggest impact are usually made much earlier.
The layout and how people use their home.
The way it sits on the site.
The materials that will stand the test of time.

Getting those foundations right makes every other decision easier.
That's why good planning is worth it.

What started as a two-home build in Avondale ended up as three. We just saw the chance to build up, so we did. Great spot, sorted for students and families, with all the modern comforts and a bit of architectural flair.
