When the family first considered renovating, they explored whether there might be a smarter way to achieve their goals. As we celebrate the Māori New Year, we take a moment to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and look ahead with hope for the future.

Matariki is a special time in Aotearoa, a chance to remember those who have passed, spend time with whānau and friends, and set intentions for the year ahead. This year's focus star, Ururangi, reminds us of the changing winds and the importance of looking after the world around us. It's a fitting reflection for the homes and communities we build today, and for the future generations who will enjoy them.
