Located on the banks of a river, the build of this home and guest house is finally complete and we welcomed in the new owners by rolling out the blue carpet!
The landscapers from Planters Limited are still finishing the planting and the pool, but the overall look is complete, and all the owners need to do is walk in, sit back and enjoy the start of summer in their new home.
The guest house is for family and relatives when they visit but, also houses a bespoke garage to accommodate the camper van.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Family Fun Day at Ōrewa Reserve on Saturday 🎉. It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the face painting, games, live music, mascot visits, prize wheel, and all the fun activities throughout the day.

The Generation Homes Auckland North team loved meeting new faces, catching up with familiar faces, and sharing plenty of home-building inspiration along the way.

A special thank you to Kids Shuttle NZ for helping us make the day even more memorable. We truly appreciate your support and contribution to the event.

The landscaping is underway with Planters Limited and we are loving the finer details in this home, for example:
🌿The battens on the underside of the outdoor portico
✏ The mesh detail on the inserts of the cabinets in the study
🐎The beautiful oak flooring going throughout the main living spaces
🍀The lovely contrast between the natural colours of the brick, the charcoal coloured joinery, and the luscious landscaping that will be going in.
