The frames are up!👏🏼🌤📸
It is always a key milestone in our builds when the frames go up. Then the house really starts to take shape and we get ready for the roof trusses to come in.
This home is an awesome little plan at 140m2, with 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, an lovely open plan kitchen, living and dining, plus a separate study and separate laundry!!!!
Once completed the exterior will be Midland Brick brick and James Hardie Linea weatherboard with COLORSTEEL long run roofing.
A great way to finish the week.

A big shout out 👋👏🙌🌞 to the crew Bos Electrical who are working on the our Riverhead project installing the solar panels. The beauty of these panels is not only that they provide power for the home, but that with the choice of roofing colour, they simply blend in to the aesthetic.

If you are loving😍 the look of our knock down and rebuild in St Heliers, you will love this new Thin Tech Plus brick system by Brickworks NZ.
The system provides a traditional clay brick facade in a range of colours and finishes, but with a much thinner profile which is really beneficial when building on tight sites/sections.
The panel based metal system allows the bricks to be slotted in, therefore speeding up installation. There are certain instances that this brick can not be used in, but if you are interested in using Thin Tech Plus for your build with us, talk to our sales team - we love the look!
