One thing we want people to know about renovating is that you don't need to have it all figured out before getting in touch with us!

You might have a few ideas, a Pinterest board full of inspiration, or just know that something in your home isn't quite working anymore.

That's where we come in.

We can talk through your ideas, help you work out what's possible, and guide you through the whole process, from the initial planning right through to the finished renovation.

So, if renovating has been on your mind, we'd love to have a chat!

Our initial consultations are free, with no obligation to go any further.

The Harbour Hospice Homes & Gardens Tour in Omaha is coming up, giving guests the chance to step inside a beautiful collection of local homes and experience some incredible architecture, interiors, and landscaping along the way.

We are excited to announce that we will be there representing Refresh Renovations, connecting with the local community, and enjoying a day that brings together great homes with a great cause.

All funds raised from the event support Harbour Hospice and the care they provide to local families.

While it is now sold out, if you're heading along, make sure you come and say hi!

And keep an eye on our page - we might just have a double pass to give away...

A great night representing Refresh Renovations at the 2026 REINZ Awards for Excellence ✨

As a major sponsor of the awards, we had the opportunity to attend on behalf of the wider Refresh brand and spend the evening alongside some of the top performers in New Zealand real estate.

We loved meeting people from across the industry, building new relationships and strengthening connections within the wider property sector.

A fantastic event we were proud to be part of and represent Refresh on such a big stage.

The best part isn’t just the kitchen. It’s that you didn’t have to manage a single day of it.

👋 Meet Chelene

If you’ve called us, received a project update, or wondered how everything stays so organised behind the scenes, chances are you’ve already met Chelene.

As our Project Support, Chelene helps keep our projects moving - supporting scheduling, client communication, trade coordination, and all the little details that make a big difference.

Before joining Refresh, she led a customer service team and also studied nutrition and dietetics, giving her a unique mix of people skills, organisation and attention to detail.

When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her on the tennis court. And much like her game, she brings focus, consistency and plenty of positive energy to our team every day.

More than anything, Chelene genuinely cares. She takes pride in looking after the people around her and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of the team.

Fresh, functional and finished, this Orewa kitchen is built for the everyday. A warm, practical space designed around real family life, busy mornings, relaxed evenings, and room for everyone to move. The guest bathroom got the same care to match. Considered layout, quality materials, and a home that just runs a little smoother. Small changes, big difference to how it feels every day.

Flooring day is always a good day on site.

For this project, the team at Midway Flooring Whangaparaoa helped us select the right flooring and underlay for our clients, then brought it together beautifully on site.

We chose Quick-Step laminate in Woodland Oak Brown, paired with Quiet-Step underlay for a warmer, softer feel underfoot.

Swipe to see it going down.

Flooring makes such a noticeable difference to a space -it’s always a milestone when the final layers start coming together.

Another piece of the renovation taking shape.
