At the Ideal 90-year celebrations, we also had the chance to meet Mike King and learn more about the incredible work being done by I AM HOPE and their Gumboot Friday programme.

One of the key services, Gumboot Friday, offers free counselling for anyone aged 25 and under — no GP referral required.

It was a genuine reminder that supporting our young people's mental health matters just as much as the work we do on the tools. Proud to have spent the evening surrounded by partners and people doing real good in our communities.
