🏡 We've been busy filling the yard AND building on site!
It's been a busy time for the Walls Group team, and we're excited to share that we've been working away in Coatesville on our first site build under the new Granny Flat Exemption! 🎉
It's great to see this new pathway opening up opportunities for homeowners to add extra space to their properties, and we're proud to be getting our first build underway.
Whether it's additional accommodation for family, space for the next generation, or a little extra flexibility at home, we're looking forward to helping more Kiwis make the most of their property.
Another exciting milestone for Walls Group, and plenty more to come! 👏

The new yard is pumping! 🏠🔨
Frames, frames… and even more frames!
Our 138m² build is underway, along with 3 × 58m² homes taking shape — and we’ve still got another four builds to squeeze in before the yard is officially full!
Safe to say, the new yard didn’t stay empty for long. 😂
