If your home was built between the mid-1990s and early 2000s, it pays to understand how it was designed and constructed.
Some homes from this period—particularly those with direct-fixed monolithic plaster cladding—can have a higher risk of hidden weathertightness issues. That does not mean every home has a problem, but factors such as limited eaves, complex rooflines, balconies and missing drainage cavities can increase the risk.
The good news is that you do not have to navigate it alone. We can help manage the full journey—from reviewing the property and assessing feasibility through to plans, consent and the completed build—so a potentially daunting project becomes a clear, manageable one.
