Featured is one of our recent projects completed in Freemans Bay. Breathing life back into this Villa was an incredibly gratifying experience. Incorporating a new additional master bedroom level & full home renovation, hidden doors & a flush floor spiral wine cellar, made for not only a unique experience for us, but also honouring the charm of this home. From start to finish, our team oversaw every element of this build, a genuine source of pride for us.

It’s awesome to go back to our previously completed jobs to view the finished outcome!

This job was designed & completed last year by us & beautifully ties into the house, with the design helping to accentuate the indoor / outdoor flow, giving the clients a bit more space to run around. Bring on summer!

The guys over in Ponsonby are making light work - getting the remainder of the structural steel installed, smashing through the mid floor framing, getting the new top story master bedroom ridge beam in & roof framing is now well underway.

The guys are pushing hard for a roof measure next week & it’s very exciting seeing this home going up another level which is going to capture the Auckland city harbour & skyline 🔥🔥

We are looking forward to seeing this come to life over the next couple of months.
