And if you don't know what is wrong with this picture. You really need to call us and have a chat before accepting any other "cheap" quote....
(The word cheap is in " "s because this repair will make the whole job, no longer cheap for the customer)

This makes interesting reading. By patching the holes with polystyrene panels, the contractor was adding a highly flammable layer to the building exterior. The holes in the walls were previously occupied by window air conditioners that the contractor insisted on removal.

Contractor was in process of removing air conditioner units when blaze erupted
