Every renovation starts with taking a few steps backwards before moving forwards.

Strip-outs and demolition are a crucial part of the process, giving us a clear understanding of the existing structure and creating a clean slate for the next stage of construction. While it might not look like much now, this is where the transformation begins.

The team has been hard at work removing old materials, opening up spaces and preparing the property for its next chapter. Looking forward to sharing more progress as this project continues to take shape.

🏗️ We’re finally seeing some calm return to the construction market — and that’s good news if you’re planning a build.

After a few tough years of rising costs and uncertainty, the construction side of the housing market is starting to stabilise.

Recent industry data shows residential building costs are increasing much more slowly, with quarterly growth sitting at around 2%.
