The team have finished playing in the mud. Nearly completed the storage room under the house, and now it’s time to be creative and hide the concrete retaining wall as much as they can while building a stairway back town to the shoreline at or Northcote Point project.

We recently completed this deck for a client who wanted to make the most of the afternoon sun and create a larger outdoor entertainment area.

We extended the deck along the full length of the house, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow from both ranch sliders and expanding the usable living space.

The team have been working hard on our Northcote Point retaining wall job.
Working on a sloping section with limited access hasn’t been easy. But they have done well to complete sixteen of the 23 holes for the structural Palisade retaining wall
Each hole is between 9 and 12 meters deep, then steel cages were placed in position before concrete was poured.
We are thankful to have committed staff to help get the job across the line.
