r since with its neighbour, Dux Industries. Synonymous with Plumbing, Dux is known for a strong focus on innovation and collaboration. In the early 1990s Dux revolutionised the plumbing market with the SecuraGold® Hot & Cold system. Polybutene-1 pipe and de-zincification resistant brass fittings are now one of the most commonly used piping systems in New Zealand. Fast forward to now, Marley New Zealad and Dux Industries are part of the Aliaxis group, a privately owned business based in Belgium. Aliaxis brings with it a passion for creating sustainable innovative solutions for water and energy. They lead the industry in a way that anticipates the rapidly evolving needs of their customers. The expansion of Marley's brand and the retirement of Dux's brand under the Aliaxis umbrella means change but not where it matters. Our history of performance, quality and innovation remains. With an extensive range of rainwater products, surface water drainage and wastewater traps, we also offer products across building, plumbing, civil and infrastructure, electrical and rural. We’re reclaiming everyday plastics, such as janitorial waste like shampoo bottles, for use in our Drainflo® product range 🙌

Winter’s just around the corner, which means colder starts, wetter sites and a few extra things to think about ❄️

If you’re heading out on site, a bit of prep can make the day a whole lot easier:

🥶 Layer up with warm, waterproof gear
🥶 Chuck a spare pair of socks or clothes in the ute – just in case
🥶 Keep an eye on your footing when surfaces are wet or icy
🥶 Take a few breaks to warm up and dry off
🥶 Give your vehicle and tools a quick once‑over

No heroics needed – just looking out for yourself and your mates.
