Sometimes, the answer is as simple as looking at the people behind the business.

Last Friday, we celebrated a very special milestone—our Quantity Surveyor, Val, marked 10 years with Maddren Homes. 🎉

What makes us especially proud is that Val isn't the only long-serving team member. In fact, the newest member of our team has already been with us for over five years.

That's something we don't take for granted.

Seven months ago, we shared this project when it was just a frame standing against the incredible Mahurangi backdrop.

Fast forward to today, and it's amazing to see how far it's come.

The views are just as breathtaking as ever, but now they're complemented by beautifully finished spaces, including a relaxing sauna and a bathroom that's every bit as impressive.

It's always exciting to see a vision come to life, and we're just as excited for our clients as they prepare to move into this incredible home.
