🏡 Great progress at our Army Bay expansion project!

With the temporary scaffolding roof and wrap now removed, the transformation is really starting to show.

One of the key challenges on this project was ensuring the existing roofline flowed perfectly up and over the new master bedroom extension. As expected, John and Josh delivered a seamless finish, tying the old and new together flawlessly.

Exterior painting is underway, and once complete, the scaffolding will come down while the interior finishes move into full swing.

It's always rewarding to reach this stage of a project and see the vision come to life.

Another proud project completed this year.

Four years ago, we carried out a major reclad and large dual extensions on our client’s home next door.

✅ Progress Update – Army Bay Expansion

Great progress at our Army Bay Expansion project — tracking perfectly so far.

With the new steel beams and flooring installed to support the new master bedroom extension, it was time to scaffold and fully wrap the site. This gives us weather protection while we carefully tie the old and new walls and rooflines together, ensuring that once completed, the extension looks like it has always been part of the home.

Another job recently completed by the Broadbelt Team.

Our clients, Mike and Fran, first engaged us before purchasing the property to see whether a shed could realistically be built on site. We carried out early feasibility work, provided initial visibility and high‑level costings, and confirmed that it could be done.

With that confidence, they went ahead and purchased the property — and the rest is history.

The final result speaks for itself. Once again, the before‑and‑after drone footage truly highlights the scale of the earthworks required to make this build happen.

We’re thrilled to share the final drone footage from a project we completed earlier this year — Waitoki Summer Delight.

What began as a house inspection through our consultancy business quickly evolved into a full transformation. From engaging the architect and workshopping ideas with our lovely clients, Denis and Sally, the project grew to include a new pool, expansive deck and patio areas, a mezzanine floor, and a lean‑to roof over the main shed.

This build is all about the details — clean lines, thoughtful design, and standout features like the curved Purple Heart staircase. The before‑and‑after results truly speak for themselves.

A huge thank you to Denis and Sally for trusting us as your builders, and to Clare View Design for the main design and the attention to detail that made this project pop.

Progress update from our Manly reclad project 👷‍♂️🏡

Not much to see just yet, but the team is hard at work behind the wrap—removing the old plaster and replacing damaged timber.

Our clients have entrusted us to manage the entire process, from organizing the building consent and engaging the architect to working through all RFIs, so they can move forward with confidence.
