Back at Mon Desir, and we're getting really close to the finish line.

Wallpaper is up in the master, the bathrooms are nearly there with glass being measured and stone vanity tops on the way, and the butler's pantry and laundry are done. New flooring runs right through, and the powder room has some seriously good wallpaper.

Carpet is the last big piece. We can't wait to show you the finished result.

Best seat in the house goes to the drop saw.

Morning sun through the windows, walls plastered, and the fit-out crew set up for a day of trims, doors and joinery. It won't be the view the owners get, but for now it's working just fine.

Slab’s down, frames are stacked and ready to go.

A quick walk around site to talk through what’s going up where. This is the part where the plans on paper start becoming walls you can stand between.

More progress coming soon.

SolHaus Duo is starting to take shape.

The block walls are up, the floor framing is down, and the crew are building wall frames and standing them up one at a time. Plenty of progress since we broke ground.

More to come soon.

This finish is worth the wait.

Brass tapware, marble benchtops and those views are starting to come together at Mon Desir. There's still work to do, but we're excited to reveal more soon.

Swipe through for a sneak peek.

Take a minute with this one.

The veining runs right down the end of the island, warm gold through soft white, and no two panels will ever look the same. It's the kind of detail you stop and look at every time you walk past.

The trees aren't the only thing growing this spring. Watch this one.

Foundations underway in Glenfield.

Trenches are dug, polythene's in, and the team's tying reo cages ready for the pour.

Not the glamorous part of the build. But everything that comes after sits on getting this bit right.

More to come as this one takes shape.

Mon Desir. Black joinery in, walls painted, downlights set. Still a few trades to go but the light's already doing what the architect intended.

This is the stage where a build stops feeling like a site and starts feeling like a home.

Back at Mon Desir. Level 5 ceilings, tiling through the bathrooms, and the finishing trades lining up. Getting close now.
