Good homes come down to good people, and the care they take when no one's watching.

This is the part that doesn't make the finished photos. Checking the level, setting it out right, taking the extra minute now so everything above it sits true for decades.

Plan, design, build. One team, the whole way through. And a standard we hold on every site, at every stage.

That's how a home ends up built to last.

Not a bad view to strip out to.
We're back at Mon Desir, and this one's in the thick of the messy stage. Gib coming off, old kitchen pulled apart, everything back to bare bones before it gets put together again properly.
It doesn't look like much right now. But with an outlook like this, you can already see where it's headed.

Mon Desir was always about the view. We're working on making sure the inside lives up to it.

Every finish being chosen with that in mind, clean lines, warm light, nothing to distract from what's out the window. Rangitoto's been the backdrop all along. Bit by bit, we're getting the rest of the space to match it.

The logistics on a project like Mon Desir are honestly one of our favourite parts.
Seven storeys up, no skip out front, so every bit of rubbish has to travel down through the building itself, wheelie bins and all, timed around the body corp rules, the lift protection, and keeping every tenant in the loop about when we're on site and when it's going to get noisy.
It's not the part anyone sees in the finished photos, but it's what makes a job like this actually work.
