One of the core strengths that we bring to our projects is knowing the right people to get a job accomplished.

With a tight weather window we made the calls last Sunday avo and within 5 days we had scaffold in, roof line trimmed back, old internal gutters removed and sanded. new TPO membrane installed. Old roof removed and new one installed along with flashings and hardieflex and painted.

A busy week but we all got in and got it done ✅

Maintenance is generally forgotten until the issues start to get more complicated to remedy.

Our clients were on the ball and happy to have their aged and leaking roof replaced on the garage, house and veranda.

We also replaced some posts with rotten bottoms without disturbing the concrete and utilising existing fixings.

It sure took some problem solving but we figured it out. 🥰

It is with great delight that we passed another clean and final inspection today with the Auckland Council team.

This project we have taken through from council preparations to final product.

We will get some better photos through soon- but for now here’s a sneak peak at the finished product.
