The role is challenging yet rewarding where along with managing a portfolio you will be rewarded for identifying and securing new business opportunities

The position will progress for the right candidate as the company expands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be a part of a expanding company.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Advice clients about the letting process Set up viewings and show potential tenants around the property Prepare tenancy agreement & inventories check tenants reference & vetting make sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements Meet landlords and advice on rents Ensuring rents are paid on time and in advance Promote vacant property to achieve full occupancy Manage and resolve disputes (tenancy tribunal/ mediation) Schedule all maintenance and repair work Be fully versed in all legislation relevant to rental property Flexible to work afterhours and occasional weekends Speak Hindi/ Punjabi Previous Property letting/ admin experience is essential, and you must have:

Operations Manager

We are looking for experienced Operations Manager(Punjabi/Hindi Speaking) to lead our Manukau office. You will manage the ongoing operations that delivers to the contract specification.
You will be responsible for the general administrative tasks required to provide full support to our Property Leasing managers, including file management, tracking of projects, liaising with Tenants, landlord, contractors, and the wider business liaisons.
Success factors:

You will be an experienced successful leader, well versed in building teams, with sound communication and inter-personal skills who will bring a passion to manage, motivate and inspire their people.
You will be confident and enjoy the opportunity to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders as well as the trades persons.
A strong focus on delivery of great customer outcomes, health & safety, and leadership
You will have sound organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
You will be able to demonstrate strong contract management, report writing skills and have sound business acumen.
You will have strong computer skills including a range of systems and including Microsoft Office and Xero or similar accounting package.
Flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs.
Previous experience in leadership and people management
Someone who has Punjabi/Hindi speaking background. Previous Operations Managers experience is not essential, but you must have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude
