To our HRV families in Queenstown, please stay safe.

With the fire currently affecting the Queenstown area, we know smoke and air quality may be a concern for many households.

Keep your doors and windows closed where smoke is present and follow the latest advice from Fire and Emergency New Zealand.

If you notice smoke or a strong smoke smell entering your home while your HRV system is running, we recommend switching your ventilation system off temporarily until conditions outside improve.

Take care of yourselves, your whānau and your neighbours. A huge thank you to the firefighters and emergency crews working to keep the community safe.
