Some homes don't need to be bigger, they just need to work better.

This Mt Hobson Lane renovation is a great example of how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely transform a home without changing its footprint.

Working within the existing envelope, we reimagined the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, ensuite and bedroom, while replacing the exterior joinery to create brighter, more connected living spaces.

The result is a home that feels entirely new, while staying true to its original character.

🏡 A villa with a whole new foundation.

What was once open space beneath this Grey Lynn villa is now taking shape as a new garage and workshop.

With the house successfully lowered onto its new foundations, the garage framing complete, the roof installed, and structural steel in place, the transformation is becoming easier to see.
