What a morning !
Concrete one and a half hours late
Then had to pull the trucks up the lawn with the digger
Big shout out to Rob and Josh from compass concrete and nick my pumpy for

Will let the concrete harden for a couple and then start the porcelain tiles from ssl

All ready for our 5am pour tomorrow at Karaka
Concrete going down for our porcelain tiles around pool and the floor for the pool house and pump shed

Outside cladding complete
Mason and Teri have done a great job
On to the internal cladding next week
And then it’s in the painters hands

Great weather means great progress
Framing walls up and t&g roof on showing off the exposed beams for the pool house and kwela decking going down quick.
Great work from jonty and Teri and our builder Mason
A bit more good weather next week and the iron roof and cladding should be done ☀️💪🏻

First stage of our new pool project out in Karaka
Concrete gone down around the pool ready for the porcelain tiles from ssl.
Stay tuned for the tiles , deck , and pool house to come.
Also a big shout out to Brad the owner who jumped in on the barrow for a cameo💪🏻

Was asked to come back to a property we worked on about 10 years ago by the new owners. They wanted to open it up and make it more usable for their young family so we removed the tree and buxus balls and readylawned the front yard.
They needed a football and netball area for their young kids to run around so removed the rotten vege planters and pebble and the camellias growing up the fence and laid tiger turf for all year round use

Last weeks heavy rain has made these rain lillies go absolutely crazy.
Yes they are real flowers !!
