🏡 How does payment work with a House & Land Package?
One of the common questions we hear is:
“Do I pay for the land and the build all at once?”
Not quite — the land and construction are handled separately.

🌿 Land
You purchase and settle your section directly with the Land Developer.

🔨 Construction
Your new home is covered by a separate Construction Contract with Stonewood Homes.

💰 Progress payments
Rather than paying the full construction cost upfront, building payments are made progressively as your home reaches the agreed stages of construction.

The exact payment stages may vary depending on your contract, but the idea is simple: land first, then construction payments as your new home takes shape.

This is a question we get asked quite often — and it’s simpler than you might think.
A House & Land Package usually involves two separate agreements:
🌿 The land
You purchase your section directly from the Land Developer.
🔨 The home
Your new home is covered by a separate Construction Contract with Stonewood Homes.

Two separate parts, brought together to create your new home.
