This unit was well overdue for a full refresh 🔥

We took it right back to bare bones, reworked the layout with new walls, and added a fully tiled shower with a seamless laundry flow transforming it into a clean, practical space built to last for years to come 👌

Out with the old, and in with a system that actually works.

This deck was leaking so we stripped it right back, installed a new waterproofing system, and switched it up with a floating paver system to get everything draining and performing properly.

From a tired, unusable back deck to a fully transformed outdoor living space.

We’ve swapped out the old ranch slider for a new one, reclad the rear wall with fresh Shadowclad, and finished it all off with a full-width Kwila deck and wrap-around stairs that completely change how this area flows.

What was once a dead space is now a warm, functional extension of the home — perfect for summer BBQs and morning coffees outside.

The boys absolutely outdid themselves on this one. 🔥
