Project: Northcote Cylinder Upgrade

A sudden leak from this old, damaged hot water cylinder meant it was time for a replacement. The challenge was fitting a new cylinder into the existing tight cupboard space without major alterations. After looking at the options, a Triumph cylinder turned out to be the perfect fit which squeezed in there nicely. A tidy install on this one by Grevel Lam-Sam

Project: Whangaparaoa Drainage Works

This was a challenging one to solve. Our client was having historical groundwater issues, due to the location of their industrial units. They engaged us to investigate and propose a solution. We completed our investigation works, including CCTV on underground lines, and proposed to expose some old nova coil lines at the front of the buildings. We found a lot of ground water pooling in these areas, so ran new 100m nova coil lines running into a new 100mm PVC stormwater drain. This ensured water could flow away. Stage 1 proved successful, with the unit completely dry during heavy rain, so we repeated the same approach on the remaining units.

Project: Selwyn College Staff Bathroom

The team have officially wrapped up the staff bathroom renovation at Selwyn College. This project involved plenty of concrete cutting, breaking, and drainage alterations to make the new layout work, but the end result was worth it. The new space now includes an accessible shower and individual toilet cubicles, creating a much more functional and modern facility.

Project: New Lynn - Three Residential Units

The water tanks are in at our multi-site residential project. These were heavy 3000L tanks, so the guys had to get creative moving them into place around site. We enjoy working with Thin Tanks as they have easy to use mounting kits for most applications. The last phase of the project will be installing the pumps and pipework, and the internal fit off.

Project: Red Beach Bathroom Renovations

We have wrapped up a dual-bathroom renovation for this home in Red Beach. The primary bathroom is fitted with a freestanding deep soaking tub, new acrylic shower and floor standing vanity with plenty of storage. The second bathroom features a new shower, toilet and smaller matching vanity setup. Both spaces are tied together with two-tone walls, large-format tiles and rich timber flooring. Thanks to the team Barefoot Building -Lucas Miles for getting us in on this one.

A quick look at our recent stormwater drainage work at the West Harbour Fire Station. The project involved trenching in new stormwater lines to capture new downpipes, reinforcing and re-concreting the same day for a quick turnaround to avoid disruption.
