Project: Gulf Harbour Heat Pump

We recently replaced an ageing gas infinity unit with a more energy efficient Rinnai Enviroflo heat pump hot water cylinder, compatible with the client’s new solar panel system.

The job involved removing an existing palm tree and pouring a level concrete pad on the sloping ground to accommodate the new unit.

The upgrade will help the client work towards her goal of reducing energy bills and improving long-term reliability.

Project: Westmere Drainage

Stage one drainage for this project is complete. We have run sewer lines and connected into the main line, as well as pre running required stormwater lines before the frames go up. This was another challenging access site, with incredibly tight access down each side of the building. Here are some snippets of the overall site progress. We’ve recently completed a few tiny homes for the team at Zelo by Ashcroft Homes . These are a great size and come in several different variations and layouts. We’ve completed the internal plumbing in the factory, so that they are ready to connect once delivered to site. These particular ones have been staged as show homes. Project: Sunnynook Drainage Works

This client was experiencing quite a few stormwater issues on these two properties. We made a few changes and upgrades including installing new cesspits in run off locations, and installing a new 100mm stormwater line to help divert water away. This site was particularly challenging with a steep narrow driveway, meaning excavator and truck access planning was crucial with spoil and metal. The builders then finished off with a new concrete driveway. Swipe through to see the process.

We recently helped tidy up the pump setup for our local boating club. We re-ran the pipework to be able to install it in a new pump housing elevated off the ground, to protect it from the elements. While we were at it, we also installed a new filter system as a little upgrade.

Project: Fast Food Restaurant Gas Works

To allow for the cladding replacement on this building, we had to plan a quick turnaround to ensure the restaurant could remain open. Our team disconnected the existing Rinnai infinity units and removed the old, corroded copper pipework. They bent up new pipework and fittings to suit while the new cladding was being installed. Once ready, the units were reinstalled, tested and livened up again.

We have officially finished the final plumbing fit-out for this three house development. This project required precision at every stage, and the team worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth run at every step. We loved working on this from all of the initial underground drainage and under slab work, right through to installing the water tanks, pumps, and these bathroom and kitchen fixtures. It’s always rewarding to see a full-scope project come together!
