We recently completed this for a local Uni during their semester break, The two entrance ways had been poorly repainted with house paint and a paint brush some time back and with the recent renovations of the building the only thing letting it down was the ugly joinery.
The prep work was the biggest factor here, we had to remove all the house paint from frames before painting which took hours of manual sanding and stripping, doing this ensured we good sound substrate to apply our coatings to and ensured the best finish possible, combine this with new weather seals through out and the windows are looking as good as new.
The windows were refinished in Dulux Window Bronze Kinetic Matt.
